Shipping & payment

Shipping within Serbia

After you choose a payment method and place the order, you will receive a confirmation email and we begin making your espadrilles. Production takes 10 working days. As soon as they are ready, within one day we ship the package via PostExpress courier to the address you provided. Delivery is free.

International shipping

Shipping is a flat fee per order, not per pair, so ordering two pairs costs the same to ship as one. The exact amount is shown at checkout as soon as you pick your country.

• Serbia - free. PostExpress courier, cash on delivery available.
• Region - 20 €. Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Slovenia and Albania. Usually 3 to 6 working days after production.
• Rest of the world - 40 €. Usually 5 to 10 working days after production.

We ship from Serbia, which is not part of the EU, so customs procedures and payment of import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your obligations with your local customs office in advance. Production takes 10 working days and delivery may take up to 15 days.

Orders going outside Serbia are paid by card, because couriers cannot collect cash on delivery abroad.

Cash on delivery

Pay for your order in cash upon delivery. Available only for deliveries within Serbia.

Payment cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard. Card payment takes place on the secure Banca Intesa page (3D Secure - Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check); your card details are never stored on our server.

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol. The security of the data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages.

Currency conversion statement

All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD). The amount charged to your account is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate used by the card organisations, which we cannot know at the moment of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our site.

Refunds to card

In the event of a refund to a customer who paid by card, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason, YOKANA is obliged to issue the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that, at the seller's request, the bank will refund the amount to the cardholder's account.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer is offered at checkout alongside cash on delivery, for deliveries within Serbia. The account details appear on screen the moment you place the order and arrive by email as well, together with an IPS QR code that fills in the transfer form in Serbian banking apps. The order number goes into the payment purpose, which is how we recognise your payment on the statement.

The order is booked right away, but production starts once the money reaches the account. A second email confirms it.
