When you place an order with us, we want to ensure that your items arrive to you in a timely and safe manner. Please review our shipping and returns policies below.

Shipping within the Republic of Serbia

After choosing the payment method and creating the purchase order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, then we start making your espadrilles. Please note that we need 7 to 10 working days for production. As soon as we make your espadrilles, within one day we send you the package by PostExpress courier service, to the address you specified when creating the order.

International Shipping

It is important to know that we ship from Serbia, which is not part of the EU, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to continue with the customs procedure and be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office in advance to determine your obligations when receiving a package from another country. Please note that we need 7 to 10 working days for production. The delivery period may take up to 15 days.

Product Exchange

If you need to exchange a product, please contact us via email or phone. Product exchange is possible if the following conditions are met:

The product has not been used
The product is not damaged
The original packaging is preserved

Money Refund

Any refund to the Buyer will not include import duties and taxes paid by the Buyer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable laws of the importing country to obtain a refund or exemption from such taxes and levies.

In case of product returns and refunds to customers who have previously made payments using a credit card, whether partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, YOKANA is obligated to issue the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank, upon the merchant’s request, will process the refund to the user’s card account.
