Yokana shoes are handmade and designed for both style and comfort. Our customers can also create their own unique shoe designs using our customizer, by combining four elements and 23 colors.

Yokana espadrilles are made to order, with a production time of 7-10 working days.

Product Care

For suede shoes, brush gently with a rubber brush and a natural bristle brush. Be careful not to get the soles wet.

To dry your Yokana espadrilles after getting them wet, you can stuff them with newspaper and place them in a location away from direct sunlight to air dry. Once they are dry, you can gently brush them using a natural bristle brush.

It depends on how often you wear them, but we recommend cleaning your Yokana espadrilles every few weeks to maintain their quality.

Sizing and Fit

Yokana shoes follow standard sizing. However, we recommend checking our size chart for the best fit.

Ordering and Payment

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After that time, we start working on your order, and it can no longer be changed or canceled.

To create your own design, go to our custom configurator page on our website. Choose your preferred model and then select your desired colors for the four elements of the shoe. You can preview your design before placing the order.

Delivery and Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, we usually require 7-10 working days to make your shoes. For delivery within Serbia, we use the “Danas-za-sutra” service, which provides next-day delivery. International orders can take up to 15 working days for delivery.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to locate it or send a replacement product as soon as possible.

Yes, you can change your shipping address by contacting our customer support as soon as possible.

Shipping is free for all orders within Serbia. For orders outside of Serbia, the cost of shipping is included in the price of the espadrilles. However, please note that for countries outside the EU, any additional taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

We send packages by PostExpress courier service. If you prefer another courier service, feel free to write it in the note. In this case, you pay the shipping costs.
