By using www.yokana.shop and purchasing products you accept the terms below. The seller is Jovana Đurović PR Yokana, Dr Ivana Ribara 144, Belgrade (Tax ID 112957148, ID number 66467830).

Ordering

An order is created by selecting products and entering delivery details. After ordering you receive a confirmation email and production begins. Espadrilles are made to order, with a production time of 10 working days.

Prices

All prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD). YOKANA is not registered in the VAT system. We reserve the right to change prices; confirmed orders keep the price at the time of ordering.

Payment & shipping

Details on payment and shipping are available on the Shipping & payment page. Delivery within Serbia is free, via PostExpress courier.

Exchange & complaints

Terms of exchange, returns and complaints are described on the Returns & complaints page, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, photos, design, logo) is the property of the YOKANA brand and may not be used without written consent.

Jurisdiction

Anything not regulated by these terms is subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.
