Terms of Use for the YOKANA Online Store
Below are the Terms of Use for the YOKANA online store, opened by Jovana Djurovic, a Sole Proprietor doing business as YOKANA (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), registered in the Republic of Serbia with an address at Dr. Ivana Ribara 144, Belgrade 11070.
The Terms of Use of YOKANA Internet Store are determined by the terms of purchase and sale of products carried out by Jovana Djurovic SP YOKANA Belgrade. The Terms of Use of the Internet Store are defined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The Internet store is an information system intended for presenting and selling products to consumers. The user is a person who uses the mentioned system, i.e., a consumer in the Internet store. The Terms of Use define the activities of the Internet store, user rights, and the business relationship between the seller and the consumer.

General Provisions
The Seller is authorized to change these Terms of Use without prior notice. By using the online store after the publication of changes, users are deemed to have accepted the changes.
Rights and Obligations of Users
By using the online store, users agree to use the services of the Seller solely for legal and legitimate purposes. Users agree not to use the online store in a way that could harm the Seller or other users. The Seller reserves the right to limit or suspend the use of the online store by users who violate these Terms of Use.
Ordering and payment
Users of the online store can order products by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. After users add all the products they want to buy to the cart, they can order the products by clicking the “Confirm Order” button. After the user registers or logs in to their account, a page with payment options opens.
During the ordering process, you will be able to choose one of the following payment options:

Statement of Conversion
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering credit card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s pages. At no point are the credit card details accessible to our system.
Statement of VAT / Product Prices in the Online Store
YOKANA is not registered in the VAT system.
Shipping and Product Return
The Seller will deliver products to users after processing and receiving payment. After that, users will be informed of the expected delivery date.
We send packages by PostExpress courier service. If you prefer another courier service, feel free to write it in the note. In this case, you pay the shipping costs.
If you are unable to receive your package, the courier service will leave a notification and leave the package at the nearest Post Office branch, where it will be for the next 20 days.
Shipping within the Republic of Serbia
After choosing the payment method and creating the purchase order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, then we start making your espadrilles. Please note that we need 7 to 10 working days for production. As soon as we make your espadrilles, within one day we send you the package by PostExpress courier service, to the address you specified when creating the order. Free delivery.
International Shipping
It is important to know that we ship from Serbia, which is not part of the EU, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to continue with the customs procedure and be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office in advance to determine your obligations when receiving a package from another country. Please note that we need 7 to 10 working days for production. The delivery period may take up to 15 days.
Complaints
If you have any problems with the purchased product, please contact us via email or phone. Your complaint will be resolved as soon as possible, in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Refunds of Payments
The seller is obliged to respond to the consumer’s submitted complaint, either in writing or electronically, no later than eight days from the day of receiving the complaint. In the event of accepting the complaint, the seller is obligated to act upon the consumer’s complaint request within the agreed reasonable period, as defined in the Complaint Request itself, which cannot exceed 15 days from the day of submitting the complaint. The seller will make every effort to achieve an amicable resolution of all disputes.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who has previously paid with any of the credit cards, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, YOKANA is obliged to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank, upon the merchant’s request, will initiate the refund to the cardholder’s account.

The Seller undertakes to protect the privacy of users of the online store and all collected data, in accordance with the laws governing the use of the services provided by the YOKANA online store.

Final Provisions
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Jovana Djurovic PR YOKANA regarding the use of the YOKANA online store. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Jovana Djurovic PR YOKANA’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
