Thank you for considering Yokana.shop for your purchase. Please carefully review our payment options before placing an order on our website.
YOKANA is not registered in the VAT system.
During the ordering process, you will be able to choose one of the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery payment allows you to pay for your order in cash upon delivery. This payment option is available only for deliveries within Serbia.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, and American Express credit and debit cards. Payment by card is secure and you will make the payment through a secure link provided by the bank. Your card details will not be saved on our server.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Direct Bank Transfer
You can make a payment via electronic banking or by using a payment slip to our current account. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered. Please include the order number as the payment reference.

PayPal
Payment via PayPal is only available for customers outside Serbia. If you are a customer outside Serbia, you can pay for your order using your PayPal account by following these steps:
- Select the product/s you wish to purchase.
- Proceed to the cart and continue the purchasing process.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Choose PayPal as your payment method and confirm the transaction.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal platform where you need to log in with your username and password.
- After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Payment via PayPal is regulated by Article 32 of the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 62/2006, 31/2011, 119/2012, and 139/2014), which stipulates the following in paragraphs 2 and 3:
“Residents can conduct payment transactions with foreign countries and through electronic money issuers – for payment and collection based on electronic purchase and sale of goods and services. Payment transactions with foreign countries by residents – individuals can also be made through a payment institution and a public postal operator that provides payment services, in accordance with the law regulating payment services.
The funds of residents, which are held with a foreign electronic money institution for payment, i.e. collection based on electronic purchase and sale of goods and services, are not considered deposits within the meaning of Article 27, paragraph 2 of this Law.”
